It's been quite some time since I've switched hosts and content software.   I finally got around to selecting, installing, and tweaking both Joomla 1.5 (site content management) and Expose4 (photo album) over the last couple days.

Both pieces of software are free and very clean in installation and use with Host Gator (my hosting service).  I've started loading pictures starting with 2001 and am working my way forward.  A lot of pictures and it will take a while to get them all up .  I think I'll finish up 2001 and then add 2009.  Then start loading the rest over time.

The photo album software allows easy navigation and browsing.  When you're looking at an album's strip, you can click on the smaller picture and get a larger view.  If you click that picture you'll get a much larger view.  You'll find that some of them don't work, and that's because I was learning while I was loading and I'd have to go back and reload to fix them.  Just don't have that ambition at the moment.  :)

If any of you want to add your own albums or pictures, or comment them, just let me know and I'll give you access.  The interface is all web based so you don't have to install anything.

Enjoy. :)
